Orin Howard has over 25 years of experience. He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief-Solution focused, Parent-Child Interactional therapy, Employee Assistance, Seven Challenges substance abuse, Sources of Strength and motivational interviewing. He is being certified in Parent Child Interactional Therapy. He is certified in Supportive Employment, Financial Social Work, Crisis Management (CISM and CISD), Telemental Health, CBT Weight Loss, and Effective Black Parenting. He has been an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Maryland at Baltimore for over 14 years. He has presented on various topics locally, regionally, and nationally on various topics from Early Childhood, gangs and mediation, school mental health, and others. He has consulted for several companies in the Maryland and District of Columbia. He has served as a Director, Program Manager for several programs. He is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a BS in Family Studies, MSW from Howard University, and an MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus.

Additionally, Orin Howard is a registered supervisor in the State of Maryland. He has over 75 hours of training in supervision and leadership. He has worked in child welfare, juvenile justice, education, adoption, psychiatric hospitals, outpatient substance abuse, group homes, and private practice.  He brings a wealth of knowledge as a worker, supervisor, and Director.

I am a mental health therapist currently licensed in MD with 5+ years of experience treating a wide range of issues including depression, stress, and anxiety. I value implementing evidence-based interventions and techniques that can that highlight hidden strengths and empower individuals in overcoming personal obstacles. These interventions can include treatments such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness practices.

VICTORIA ROBLES

Victoria is a clinically trained mental health therapist, providing clients a sincere and collaborative approach to therapy.  She received her Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore and is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland. She offers a broad range of experience with social, emotional, and behavioral issues including, depression, life transitions, complex trauma, substance use, and relationship/family conflict. Victoria utilizes a range of practice methods to suit individual circumstances and preferences including Cognitive Behavioral therapies (CBT and TF-CBT), psychotherapy, narrative therapy, and other evidenced based practices.

Victoria Robles provides individual and group counseling to adolescents and adults with a focus on integrating cognitive behavioral theories, cultural competency, and spiritual development to support each client in reaching their personal goals. Her practice centers the individual experiences of each client and supports increased discernment, empowerment, and improved health outcomes.
