He has over 20 years of experience. He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief-Solution focused, and motivational interviewing. He is being certified in Parent Child Interactional Therapy. He is certified in Supportive Employment, Crisis Management (CISM and CISD), and Effective Black Parenting. He has been an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Maryland at Baltimore for over 8 years. He has presented on various topics locally, regionally, and nationally on various topics from Early Childhood, gangs and mediation, school mental health, and others.  He has consulted for several companies in the Maryland and District of Columbia. He has served as a Director, Program Manager for several programs.He is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a BS in Family Studies, MSW from Howard University, and a MBA from UMUC.

Candice Bennett received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and her Doctor of Philosophy in Business Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.  Candice has worked with children as young as two years old. She has worked with geriatric clients. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, obsessive cumpolsive disorder, trauma, abuse, and personality disorders. She has worked in-home, school-based, and community-based settings. She has been trained in trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and TEAM CBT. She also has training in PCIT, CPP, and CSEFEL. She recently completed her dissertation in mindfulness and stress.

Rianna Berkeley received her Masters in Social Work from New York University. Rianna has worked with children ages 5 thru adulthood.  She has experience working in Child Welfare (Foster Care) Public Schools, and mental health. Rianna has been trained in family therapy and family systems approach. She has also been trained in grief and loss and Depression. Rianna has a particular interest in military veterans. She has experience in school-based, community-based, and in-home settings.
